This standard specifies the material, classification, size, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging and other contents of high-performance inflatable sealing devices.
This standard applies to Anhui Huofeng Electric Co., Ltd. - high-performance inflatable plugging device product production, accessories, testing, application and installation of various standards.
High-performance inflatable sealing device application range: waterproof sealing of different materials (steel, cement concrete, plastic) pipes for different occasions (electricity, communication, urban construction, petroleum);
It is suitable for waterproof and anti-sand sealing of single and multiple cables, optical cables and hollow pipes, and has the functions of preventing small animals from invading and installing without dead angles;
Pipeline repair of petroleum and petrochemical flood control, warehouse storage, and sealing of gas-filled space.
The high-performance inflatable sealing device in this standard is referred to as HoFeG or inflatable sealed bag when it is sold in the market.

3 classification, naming, model
3.1 Product naming
The product naming is market-oriented: HoFeG ; each product name is given the full name in combination with the product model, such as: HoFeG -40.
3.2 According to the inner diameter of the pipeline, see Table 1.

3.4 Product Installation Accessories

4 product parts requirements
4.1 Product main requirements
The main body of the inflatable sealer is: inner and outer PE/nylon co-extruded film composite alloy aluminum foil film (intermediate layer), a total of three layers.
4.1.1 PE/nylon coextruded film material shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10004.
4.1.2 Aluminum foil film should meet the requirements of GB/T 3198.
4.2 Waterproof rubber strip
4.2.1 Waterproof strips shall comply with the provisions of JC/T 942-2004.
4.2.2 The width of the strip should be 30mm, the thickness should be 2mm, and the length should be cut according to the specifications of the inflatable sealer.
4.3 anti-slip strip
4.3.1 Anti-slip strips shall comply with the calibration of HG/T 3698-2002.
4.3.2 The width of the strip should be 15mm, the thickness should be 2mm, and the length should be cut according to the specifications of the inflatable sealer.
4.4 O-ring O-ring diameter should reach Φ 10mm.
4.5 air duct
The diameter of the air duct should be Φ 2mm and the cutting length should be 300mm.
4.6 release paper
4.6.1 The surface of the release paper should be coated so that the waterproof seal can be easily peeled off when the inflatable sealer is installed.
4.6.2 The width of the release paper shall be 57mm and the thickness shall be 0.1mm. The length shall be cut according to the specifications of the inflatable sealer.
4.7 Appearance requirements

4.9 Physical and mechanical properties The physical and mechanical properties of high performance inflatable sealers shall comply with the requirements of Table 3.

4.10 Installation Instructions Requirements
The installation instructions should comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.
5 test methods
5.1 Sampling method
The raw material composite film was taken for testing, and the surface two-layer film was removed. The sample is then cut along the width of the film roll.
Visual inspection under natural light, according to Table 2 appearance requirements.
5.3.1 Tensile properties
According to the provisions of GB/T 1040.
5.3.2 Peel force
According to the provisions of GB/T 8808. The sample width is 15mm.
5.3.3 Heat sealing strength
After taking some film and heat sealing by machine, it is carried out according to GB/T 2358.
5.3.4 Temperature / low pressure test
The temperature/low pressure comprehensive test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2424.15-2008.
5.3.5 Mechanical performance test
The mechanical performance test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2951.11-2008.
5.3.6 Heat aging test
The heat aging test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2951.12-2008.
5.3.7 Insulation high temperature test
The rubber insulation high temperature test is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T7594.11-1987.
A tip type A-1-5-5 screwdriver was used to puncture a sample of three thin sheets (100 ± 2 mm in diameter) with a test speed of 200 mm/min and a puncture force of more than 100 N on all samples.
5.4 High performance inflatable sealer test

b) First install the pressure reducing valve on the air outlet of the high pressure cylinder, then connect the air inlet connector, then connect the air inlet tube of the airtight sealer to the air inlet connector. Take three samples of ISDD-110 and put them into a PVC pipe with an inner diameter of 110mm. There is no need to put the cable in the tube, inflate to 0.3MPa, put the pressure again to 0.45MPa after 15min, and then fill the sample with pressure of 0.05MPa every 15min. .
The burst pressure of all samples was observed to exceed 0.9 MPa.
5.4.2 Sealing test
126.96.36.199 Inflatable water immersion method
The sample is installed on both sides of a sealed pipe with a length of 600 mm and an inner diameter of 150 mm. The internal pressure of the sample is 0.3 MPa to 0.35 MPa, the outer diameter of the wire and cable is installed to be 55 mm, and 0.05 MPa of inert gas is input into the pipe, and then the entire device is completely immersed in the water tank for 15 minutes. . The sample should have no continuous bubbles escape from the sample installation and should be a qualified product.
188.8.131.52 Negative pressure test
The sample was placed in a vacuum sealing apparatus with a sample internal pressure of 0.05 MPa and a vacuum pressure of -0.05 MPa. The sample should be free of expansion and no bubble escape. After the vacuum is released, the sample returns to normal state. The diffusion time is less than 0.03 bar for 72 hours.

The sample was installed on the inner side of a PVC pipe with an inner diameter of 110 mm, 100 mm from the opening, and the internal pressure of the sample was 0.3 MPa to 0.35 MPa. A water injection of 5 m height was injected for 30 days. The sample was not displaced or leaked and should be a qualified product.
5.4.3 axial pull test
The sample was mounted on both sides of a PVC pipe with an inner diameter of 150 mm. The internal pressure of the sample was 0.3 MPa-0.35 MPa, and the outer diameter of the cable was 55 mm. The sample was pulled from the two ends with a traction force of 1 kN for 1 h. The sample is not displaced and should be a qualified product.
5.4.4 Bending test
The sample was installed on both sides of a PVC pipe with an inner diameter of 150 mm. The internal pressure of the sample was 0.3 MPa to 0.35 MPa, the pressure inside the pipe was 0.05 MPa, and the outer diameter of the cable was 60 mm. Pressure was applied at 650 mm from the end of the pipe to bend the extended cable into 45. °, lasting 5 min, and repeating the operation once in the direction of 90°. The sample shall be free of displacement, leakage and significant changes and shall be qualified products.
5.4.5 Twist test
The sample was installed on both sides of a PVC pipe with an inner diameter of 150 mm. The internal pressure of the sample was 0.3 MPa-0.35 MPa, the pressure inside the pipe was 0.05 MPa, and the outer diameter of the cable was 60 mm. 300 N was applied at 650 mm from the pipe end, and the extended cables were respectively 2 The loop/min speed is twisted 90° clockwise or counterclockwise for 5 min.
The sample shall be free of displacement, leakage and significant changes and shall be qualified products.
5.4.6 Low frequency vibration test
Refer to the provisions of IEC 61373:2010. The sample was installed on both sides of a PVC pipe with an inner diameter of 150 mm. The internal pressure of the sample was 0.3 MPa-0.35 MPa, the pressure inside the pipe was 0.05 MPa, and the outer diameter of the cable was 60 mm. The pipe was fixed at the center of the pipe 600 mm from the pipe end. The ends of the cable were suspended and sinusoidal. The vibration frequency is 10 Hz, the amplitude between peaks is 6 mm, and the duration is 10 days. Check whether the sample is displaced. The sample shall be free of displacement, leakage and significant changes and shall be qualified products.
5.4.7 Chemical resistance test
The test samples were immersed in a chemical solution (pH 12 Na0H solution, pH 2 HC1 solution, 3.5% NaSO solution, 3.5% NaC1 solution, taken out for 30 days, and then air-dried and sealed test (inflated water immersion method). The sample has no leakage and obvious Changes should be qualified products.
5.4.8 Test cycle test
The sample was installed on both sides of the PVC pipe with inner diameter of 150mm. The internal pressure of the sample was 0.3MPa-0.35MPa, the pressure inside the pipe was 0.05MPa, and the outer diameter of the cable was 60mm. It was placed in the high and low circulation box and subjected to 5 high and low temperature cycle tests. (70°C3h, 0°C2h, -40°C3h is a cycle). The sample air pressure has no obvious change, and the bag body and material have no deformation and should be qualified products.
5.4.9 Puncture test
The sample (internal gas pressure 0.18 MPa) was vertically pierced with a special tool with a tip of A-1-5-5, and pressed downward at a speed of 2 mm/min. The pressure was increased to 300 N for 60 s. The sample is not pierced and should be a qualified product.
5.4.10 Extrusion test
The 90 mm x 100 mm upper and lower plates were used to squeeze the inflated sample (internal air pressure was 0.18 MPa), and the pressure was maintained for 64 s when the pressure reached 44 kN; the pressure was continuously increased, and the measured value was recorded. The sample was kept at 600kN for 600s without breaking; the post-exploration burst pressure was used as a reference record.
5.4.11 Single Burning Test
According to the provisions of GB/T 18380.12.
5.4.12 Mechanical physical properties of high performance inflatable sealer body
According to the provisions of GB/T 2951.11.
6 inspection rules
The products are accepted and accepted in batches. The products of the same specification, the same process and the same raw materials are continuously produced, and the maximum batch size is not more than 5,000.
6.2 Inspection classification
6.2.1 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.2.2 Factory inspection

6.2.3 Type inspection
22.214.171.124 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following cases:
a) when new products are put into production;
b) when production is suspended for more than three months;
c) when changing the production process or using new raw materials for production;
d) type inspection at least once a year during normal production;
e) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection result;
f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes to carry out type inspection requirements.

6.3.1 Physical and mechanical properties and other properties Random sampling methods are used to extract sufficient test specimens in each batch.
6.3.2 Marking, Appearance and Specification Dimensions According to the sub-sampling plan specified in GB/T2828, the general inspection level II and the acceptance quality limit (AQL) are 6.5. See the informative appendix for details.
6.4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 Marking, dimensional deviation and appearance requirements Inspection is item by item inspection. If one item is unqualified, this sample is unqualified.
6.4.2 Physical and mechanical properties The test results meet the requirements of this standard, and the physical and mechanical properties of the batch are judged to be qualified;
If there is any unqualified item in the mechanical performance test result, it shall be re-sampled in the original batch, and the unqualified item shall be re-inspected. If the re-inspection result is still unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
6.4.3 If one of the sealing performance and the pressure bearing performance is unqualified, it is judged that the batch of products is unqualified. The test results are all in line

7 signs, packaging, transportation, storage
The product shall be accompanied by a product certificate, and shall indicate the name of the manufacturer, the address of the factory, the name of the product, the specification, the implementation standard number, the quantity of the package, the net weight, the batch number, the date of manufacture, the conformity mark and the installation instructions.
It can also be packaged in corrugated boxes, which can also be agreed between the supplier and the buyer.
When transporting, it should prevent mechanical collision or contact with sharp objects, and must not throw and fall. It should keep the packaging intact and prevent sun and rain from being polluted by the environment.
It should be stored in a warehouse that is clean, cool, dry, airy, and away from heat. Stacking should be neat. The storage period shall not exceed two years from the date of production.
